Philadelphia Inquirer: The federal government has told Comcast to appoint a customer service compliance officer within a month as part of the cable company’s deal with regulators to settle a two-year investigation into unauthorized charges on bills. This officer will be a “senior corporate manager” who will oversee the government’s customer service overhaul.
