Demand Media Hopes to Shed ‘Content Farm’ Rep in Rebrand

MediaPost: Demand Media is now Leaf Group. The company will begin trading its stock on the NYSE as “LFGR.” Once deemed a “content farm,” Leaf Group is now trying to transform its business and separate itself from that association. Leaf Group said it will take down “duplicative articles” and decrease its reliance on SEO and Google.
