Associated Press: NBC’s “Nightly News” has lost to ABC in the ratings for the second straight week and only the second time since 2009, increasing pressure on the network to decide whether suspended anchor Brian Williams will return. Nielsen said ABC’s “World News Tonight” averaged 8.3 million viewers last week to NBC’s 8 million. NBC had won the ratings competition for 288 straight weeks until ABC won the week before.
