Fox’s Sky Acquisition to Face EU Review in March at Earliest

Bloomberg: European competition authorities may be formally notified of 21st Century Fox’s bid for the rest of Sky in March at the earliest, setting off reviews of the $14.5 billion deal, according to a person familiar with the matter. The companies’ filing to the EU allows regulators to check whether the deal might harm competition.
