Penske Forms Joint Venture Partnership for Robb Report

Crain’s Detroit Business: Penske Media and Rockbridge Growth Equity have announced the formation of a joint venture in the Robb Report. In 2014, Detroit-based private-equity firm Rockbridge acquired Robb Report, a Malibu, Calif.-based company that reports on luxury lifestyles through magazines, websites, smartphone apps, events and a private club.
