McClatchy Sells Sacramento Bee Building in Lease-Back

Sacramento Business Journal: To reduce its debt, McClatchy has entered a sale-leaseback deal for the Sacramento Bee building. McClatchy announced on Wednesday that it has entered a deal for the Sacramento building with Shopoff Advisors, an affiliate of Irvine-based Shopoff Realty Investments.
