Bloomberg: Vivendi directors plans to examine scenarios for acquisitions during a May 12 meeting as the owner of music and pay-television assets seeks takeovers to expand in Europe, according to chairman Vincent Bollore. Speaking at Vivendi’s annual meeting in Paris, Bollore said Dailymotion, the Internet-video service Vivendi agreed to buy this month, won’t be its only acquisition this year. The company’s largest shareholder said he will seek targets that can generate synergies with Vivendi’s record company Universal Music Group and its pay-TV station Canal Plus.
