Financial Times: Kelvin MacKenzie, former editor of the U.K.’s Sun newspaper, is now running A Spokesman Said — a website to help consumers hold big businesses to account. Aggrieved consumers can go on the site, register a complaint and “shame” a company into acting. Like his former boss, Rupert Murdoch, MacKenzie appears more interested in politics than the fate of A Spokesman Said — on which the two men and other investors have so far spent £1.25 million.
