Time Warner’s CNN Lawsuit Alleges Newsroom Cursing

Atlanta Journal-Constitution: The lawsuit filed by former employee Omar Butcher against CNN is pretty much a routine racial discrimination claim. But there was one charge in his suit that catches the eye: Butcher says he was discriminated against by co-workers swearing in the newsroom. Butcher “became increasingly troubled by frequent use of profane language.”
