Vox Promotes Longtime Staffer to Editor of SB Nation

SportsBusiness Daily: Vox Media has promoted Elena Bergeron to editor in chief of SB Nation. Bergeron, previously the executive editor of the flagship SBNation.com, will now also oversee Vox’s other sports brands, including its network of more than 300 team sites.
