Tronc in Late-Stage Talks to Acquire Wenner’s Us Weekly

New York Post: The owner of the Los Angeles Times and other daily newspapers is in late-stage talks to acquire Us Weekly from Wenner Media. Negotiations between Wenner, which owns Rolling Stone and Men’s Journal, and Tronc, which also owns the Chicago Tribune and the Baltimore Sun, are centered around a price of roughly $90 million.
