Charter Chief Makes Pledge to Hire 20,000 Workers

Wall Street Journal: Charter CEO Tom Rutledge has pledged to hire 20,000 U.S. workers and invest $25 billion over the next four years at an event with President Trump, allowing the administration to trumpet a jobs announcement that had been in the works for some time.
