Modern Luxury to Buy Owner of Hamptons Magazine

New York Post: Modern Luxury, a regional magazine publisher owned by the Dickey family, is buying GreenGale Media, the parent company of Hamptons Magazine, Gotham, L.A. Confidential and Ocean Drive. GreenGale was formerly known as Niche Media.
