IAC Buys Angie’s List in Deal Valued at Over $500 Million

Bloomberg: IAC/InterActiveCorp has agreed to buy consumer-recommendation website Angie’s List, intending to combine the business with its own HomeAdvisor online-review network and create a new publicly traded company.
