CNET: After President Trump on Friday tweeted the idea of canceling future press briefings and handing out written responses instead, Twitter operating chief Anthony Noto responded with the idea of having questions submitted and answered via Twitter. “A perfect record and we distribute to the world not just those with a TV.”
