Snap Spends $200 Million to Buy Location Analytics Firm

GeekWire: Snap has acquired Placed, a Seattle-based startup that operates a consumer location analytics platform. Placed, which employs more than 100 people, will continue to operate independently at its headquarters in Seattle, and offices in New York and Los Angeles.
