Liberty’s SiriusXM Makes Minority Investment in Pandora

TheStreet: After months of bumpy courtship, SiriusXM, the satellite-radio operator, agreed to buy a minority stake in Pandora Media, the world’s largest internet radio platform, for $480 million, the companies announced on Friday. Pandora also said on Friday that it has sold its ticketing business, Ticketfly, to Eventbrite for $200 million.
