Rodale Veteran Explores Acquisition of Former Employer

Morning Call: David Zinczenko, a former executive with Rodale, has confirmed that he is exploring the possibility of acquiring the private publisher of magazines such as Prevention, Bicycling and Men’s Health. Zinczenko would not offer further comment, saying it was too early in the process.
