Rodale Won’t Be Receiving Bids from Bonnier, Ziff Davis

New York Post: Two publishers — Bonnier and Ziff Davis — that were kicking the tires of Rodale, the publisher of Men’s Health and the recently unveiled naked issue of Women’s Health, have decided not to submit a bid by the Aug. 3 deadline, sources say.
