Gawker Alum Preps ‘Adversarial’ Left-Leaning News Site

CNNMoney: Elizabeth Spiers, an early member of the Gawker team and formerly the editor in chief of the New York Observer, is currently raising funds for a new media venture called “The Insurrection,” which she defined as “a left-leaning adversarial journalism organization.”
