New York Post: Time Inc., on a day that it released its first-quarter earnings and CEO Joe Ripp promised “continued efficiency efforts,” is apparently shipping more of its jobs to Bangalore, India. Ad production people in New York recently got the word that their jobs were heading overseas. The subsidiary is technically called Time Analytic & Shared Services Private, but is known as Time Inc. India and has been up and running since 2007. But it appears to be getting more of the business of late.
