Hearst in Deal to Take Over Dutch Branch of Gruner + Jahr

Fashion Network: Hearst Netherlands has reached an agreement to take over the Dutch branch of Gruner + Jahr Media. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of he year. Gruner + Jahr Media Netherlands publishes print and digital editions of brands such as Glamour and Vogue.
