Deadline: There are changes at the top of Turner Broadcasting’s senior management team. CEO John Martin announced that Doug Shapiro is moving to Turner Broadcasting as EVP and chief strategy officer from his current position as SVP of international and corporate strategy for Turner parent company Time Warner. In his new role, Shapiro will be responsible for furthering Turner’s global corporate strategy and will work with the executive team to identify business models and strategies that contribute to the company’s continued growth.
