AT&T, Time Warner Offer a Self-Reg Solution for Megamerger

Multichannel News: AT&T is indulging in some do-it-yourself antitrust review before the Justice Department, offering up its own behavioral condition for its $108.7 billion merger with programming giant Time Warner after the DOJ refused and in hopes that it could still negotiate approval of the deal.
