AT&T Might Sell Off TBS, TNT or DirecTV Instead of CNN

Hollywood Reporter: With a few words in a legal filing, AT&T may have saved its $85.4 billion takeover of Time Warner. If so, the timing couldn’t be better, as Wall Street has been taking bets on which draconian concessions the companies would make to placate the U.S. Department of Justice.
