USA Today: David Lynch is involved again with Showtime’s reboot of “Twin Peaks.” Lynch, who created the ’90s cult classic with Mark Frost, dropped out of Showtime’s project in April, but signaled his return late Friday in a tweet that said “Peaks” is “Happening again.” Minutes later, Showtime confirmed the reunion with a statement: “David will direct the whole thing which will total more than the originally announced nine hours. Pre-production starts now!!”
