Fox Nears Deal to Buy 10 Local TV Stations from Sinclair

Financial Times: 21st Century Fox is finalizing the purchase of about 10 US television stations from Sinclair Broadcast Group in a deal that will bolster its portfolio of channels. Sinclair is selling the channels to win regulatory approval for its own purchase of Tribune Media.
