Fox’s Sky Complication Could Shake Up Deal with Disney

New York Business Journal: British antitrust regulators say 21st Century Fox’s pending purchase all of U.K. pay-TV giant Sky would give the Murdoch family too much influence in British media. If the government blocks the deal, Disney may have to initiate a new bid for the rest of Sky, if it wishes to take 100 percent control.
