Disney Likely to Buy Sky if UK Thwarts Takeover by Fox

Forbes: If the U.K. government rejects the 21st Century Fox-Sky deal or if Fox decides to scrap it, Disney would likely buy the pay-TV provider on its own because it is eager to expand overseas.
