Disney-Fox to Face Possible Rival Bid from Comcast

CNBC: Comcast could consider topping Disney’s bid for the entertainment assets of 21st Century Fox. No decision has been made by Comcast on a topping bid yet. But Disney is already preparing itself for a Comcast topping bid and considering responses in case.
