Discovery Wins Euro Bid for Scripps with Conditions

Reuters: EU antitrust regulators have approved Discovery’s $14.6 billion bid for U.S. peer Scripps Network Interactive, subject to concessions in Poland, the European Commission said. The EU found there to be limited overlap in the companies’ activities in Britain.
