Trinity Mirror in Deal to Buy UK’s Express Newspapers

Times of London: The publisher of the Daily Mirror newspaper is to become the new owner of the Daily Express, OK! magazine and a string of other well-known titles after agreeing a £126.7 million acquisition deal with Richard Desmond’s Northern & Shell.
