Wall Street Journal: Mike Kail, chief information officer and SVP of infrastructure at Yahoo, has left the company after less than a year. Kail “has chosen to leave in order to pursue other opportunities.” Prior to joining Yahoo in August 2014, Kail was the IT chief at Netflix. Netflix sued Kail in November, alleging that he accepted kickbacks from vendors. The lawsuit accused Kail of fraud, breach of fiduciary duties and other improper actions.
