AT&T-Time Warner ‘Goliath’ Faces Tough Antitrust Chief

Dallas Morning News: One of the top challengers to AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner said he’s not concerned about taking on the telecom in an upcoming antitrust fight. Makan Delrahim, the head of the Justice Department’s antitrust division, said he’s confident the U.S. government will prevail in blocking the merger.
