CBS Adds Media Veteran to Board Amid Talks with Viacom

Bloomberg: Richard Parsons, former CEO of Time Warner, will join the board of CBS as the media company pursues a merger with Viacom. Parsons, 70, is the sole new nominee to the board, according to a CBS regulatory filing Friday.
