Tronc Former Chief Sells Entire Stake to McCormick Family

Chicago Tribune: Michael Ferro, who resigned last month as chairman of Tronc, has struck a deal to sell his entire stake in the newspaper company, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ferro agreed to sell his shares for $208.6 million.
