Relativity Sells to Investor Group, Files for Bankruptcy Again

World Screen: Relativity Media has agreed to sell its assets to UltraV Holdings, a joint venture among funds managed by Sound Point Capital Management and RMRM Holdings. UltraV intends to provide “sufficient capital” to resume Relativity Media’s operations.
