Comcast to Include $2.5 Billion Break-Up Fee in Bid for Fox

Financial Times: Comcast will include a $2.5 billion break fee in any new offer for the entertainment assets of Rupert Murdoch’s 21st Century Fox after an earlier proposal was rejected by the mogul. The break fee would be payable in the event that any Comcast-Fox deal ran into regulatory trouble.
