New Media Acquires Akron Beacon Journal for $16 Million

Akron Beacon Journal: The Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com, now owned by GateHouse Media, announced on Monday it has a new publisher. Bill Albrecht, named group publisher last year in the GateHouse Media Ohio group, was named publisher of the Akron Beacon Journal.
