Netflix Beats Out Pay TV in Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Information: It’s almost an unfair fight. The annual American Customer Satisfaction Index surveyed people on how they felt about a variety of telecommunication services including streaming video, cable operators and internet services providers. No surprise: streaming companies like Netflix, YouTube Red, Twitch and Hulu topped the list.
