Meredith on Track to Close Sale of Time Inc Magazines by Fall

WWD: Meredith is looking to close the sale of the Time, Sports Illustrated, Fortune and Money titles by fall. The Iowa-based media company held presentations for interested buyers between late May and early June and is now in the process of providing follow-up information to those still interested.
