Sky News: Exponent Private Equity has entered exclusive talks to buy Dennis Publishing, the company set up by the colorful late media tycoon Felix Dennis. A formal deal remains weeks away, but insiders said that Exponent would pay up to £200 million for Dennis, which owns a cluster of magazines including The Week.
