CBS to Face $200 Million Payout if Moonves Departs Early

CBS News: CBS could be forced to pay CEO Les Moonves upwards of $200 million if he leaves before the end of his contract in 2021. Moonves took home nearly $70 million in cash and stock in each of the past two years, and would be entitled to millions more if he leaves without “cause.”
