Comcast Extends Deadline for Sky to Accept Takeover Bid

Times of London: Comcast has extended the deadline for Sky shareholders to accept its £26 billion takeover bid for the broadcaster. They have until September 12 to accept the £14.75 offer, after 0.2 per cent of Sky shareholders gave their assent by a first deadline yesterday.
