Los Angeles Times: CBS will institute a mullti-phase launch for its new season over several weeks, with its new fall season kicking off Sept. 17 with “NFL Thursday Night Football” and continuing until the return of its top-rated Thursday lineup on Nov. 5. The season premiere of “The Big Bang Theory” will debut Monday, Sept. 21, followed by the premiere of the new comedy “Life In Pieces” and the season premieres of “Scorpion” and “NCIS: Los Angeles.” “NCIS” will launch its 13th season on Sept. 22, followed by the second season premiere of “NCIS: New Orleans.”
