O’Dwyer’s: Danielle Carigg, former senior VP-communications at A&E Networks’ Lifetime pay cable unit, has joined Vice Media as chief communications officer. She replaces Alex Detrick, who joined Vice in 2009 from the office of then-New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
