Chicago Sun-Times to Cut 15 Editorial Jobs in Buyouts

Chicago Business Journal: The Chicago Sun-Times is said to be losing 15 staffers who have accepted buyout offers. Prior to the most recent round of buyouts, the editorial staff at the metro daily numbered fewer than 70. Those taking the buyouts include four photographers who had rejoined the newspaper after the Chicago Newspaper Guild cut a deal with Sun-Times management to have them reinstated following a mass layoff of the entire photography staff in 2013.
