Hearst’s Esquire Caught in Fair-Use Flap Over Internet Photo

Hollywood Reporter: On June 11, 2017, a photo of President Trump crashing a wedding a day earlier at his golf course resort went viral. Jonathan Otto snapped the photo on his iPhone. He sent the photo of Trump with the bride to another wedding guest, who apparently sent it to others, including a relative who posted it on Instagram. That’s when the media discovered it.
