Charter to Settle Broadband Speed Lawsuit for $174 Million

NBC News: Charter has agreed to a $174.2 million deal to settle fraud charges brought against it by New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood. The payout is the largest ever in the U.S. to be paid to consumers by an internet service provider, the A.G.’s office said.
