Gannett Sells Arizona Republic Headquarters for $38 Million

Arizona Republic: Gannett, parent of the Arizona Republic, has sold its 10-story office building and parking garage in the heart of downtown Phoenix for about $38 million. ViaWest Group, a Phoenix-based real estate company, is the buyer, according to an earlier announcement about the pending sale.
